EmpowerU360

"My goal is to equip you to avoid problems if at all possible ... or deal with them if necessary."
-John Koeshall-

EmpowerU360™ is the place where you will find the E-Armor™ Workshop, the Thru The Fire Training™ Organization, Street Smart Agent™ and Street Smart Defender™ Programs, and  StableBack™.  You will also find information on various other subjects such as diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices.  When all of these come together, they help you to build a 360 degree empowerment environment.

Thru The Fire™ started as the unique expression of what I have learned and am continually learning from my instructors, students and friends in the health, martial arts, and protection fields.  This then developed into a whole ecosystem of training programs including: StableBack™Street Smart Agent™, the Street Smart Defender™ Series, the E-Armor™ Workshop, and The SD Society™.

What started as my personal quest, grew into a group of like-minded instructors, practitioners, and other individuals who are learning, growing, and having fun together, as a tight group ... a team, a tribe, a nation.

This affiliation has now become a larger community focused on empowering people to take control of their lives.

My sincere gratitude to all who are a part of this journey. Without each one, the process would not be nearly as complete or rewarding. It is a privilege to walk together.

Some of John's influences:

Dan Inosanto

The Patriarch:  Guro Inosanto is widely regarded as the greatest martial artist of our time.  His teaching, wisdom, relentless pursuit of knowledge, and example have inspired and awed martial artists for decades.  He is a living legend and a treasure to our community.  I am blessed to be one of those privileged enough to train in his shadow.  Thank you for all you have done, Guro.  You've allowed us to stand on the shoulders of a GIANT.     (www.inosanto.com)

Carlos Gracie Jr.

The Leader:  Master Carlos has not only led the creation of the world's largest martial arts organization, he inspires, trains, and leads world class leaders.  He teaches that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can help people live better lives.  I agree.  Thank you for the passion you show, the steadfast example you set, and the character you exhibit in life.  I am honored and blessed to be a part of the GB legacy.     (www.graciebarra.com)

Rick Faye

The Magician:  To watch Sifu Rick move and teach is truly to watch a magician practice his craft.  His skill in teaching and doing are on a level few could ever hope to achieve.  Thank you for challenging me and inspiring me to "mirror" you.  Your teaching, inspiration, and example have been a HUGE influence in my life.  You taught me to use the arts to help others become better people ... this became my whole purpose in training.  Thank you.     (www.mnkali.com)

Marcus Wynne

The Jedi:  Marcus is a man of many talents and much experience.  Those who have had the honor of sitting under his tutelage are greatly blessed.  Thank you, Marcus.  You helped upgrade and properly orientate the software so that the hardware would work.  For the knowledge, experience, and exposure, I'm ever grateful.  You are greatly missed.
